With whom we share your data
We do not sell your data. We only share it with parties that help us deliver our services, and only to the extent necessary. We enter into data processing agreements with these processors to ensure the protection of your data. These include:
- Mollie, for processing payments.
- Hosting & Security, our hosting partner, where the website and webshop (WordPress and WooCommerce) are hosted.
- Airtable (a service of Formagrid Inc.), the database service behind the BingeMarketing Agent. We store your account details, your progress, your credits, and the content of your notebook here.
- Hyperagent, the platform that powers the BingeMarketing Agent, including the AI services and models that generate content within the Agent. These AI services process what you enter in the Agent in order to produce your results.
- Mailchimp (a service of Intuit), for our newsletter and e-mail.
- Google, for our website analytics (Google Analytics) and our advertising (Google Ads).

Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Some of our suppliers process your data outside the European Economic Area, primarily in the United States. This applies, among others, to Airtable (the database service behind the BingeMarketing Agent), the AI services behind the Agent, Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads), and Mailchimp (Intuit).
For such transfers we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place. We conclude the Standard Contractual Clauses of the European Commission with these suppliers, which form part of the data processing agreement. Where a supplier is certified to do so, we additionally base the transfer on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Airtable processes data by default on servers in the United States. The transfer to Airtable is covered by the Standard Contractual Clauses in our data processing agreement with Airtable.
How we secure your data
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorised use. For example, we use secure connections, store the passwords and keys to our systems securely and not in your browser, and restrict access to those who genuinely need it. The accounts we use to access your data are secured with two-factor authentication. If you believe your data is not adequately protected, please contact us.
